Note: Ajax Custom Manufacturing is looking for two CNC Programmers, one Senior with at least
5 years Surfcam experience and another mid-level with at least 3 years Surfcam experience.
This position will develop and verify CNC programs for 3, 4, and 5-axis machining cells;
write instruction sheets and cutter lists to guide setup and operation of machines, and
write instructions in symbolic language to encode numerical control database to regulate
movement of machine along cutting path. Must be highly accurate in work and have a solid
understanding of SolidWorks 2010 and Surfcam V5 to analyze customer provided blue prints,
drawings, sketches & 3D models. CNC Programming experience to include multi-axis and complex
parts. Senior position should have experience with a variety of material types, including

Note: The ideal candidate for this 1 year contract position will be a highly organized self-starter that is
experienced with 2 and 3-axis programming, setup and machining. Primary materials are various forms of plastic
but some experience cutting metals is preferred. This position has been described as "half artist, half machinist."
You'll be required to interact with Industrial Designers from a highly dynamic design team and be professional in all
